Time ticks nearer for when I leave for Sydney.
My dearest Lilly left last week, and I miss her terribly. I didn't think it was going to be this hard.
I'm happy that she is coming back the first week of August to help with the move. The idea was that she would find a job while she was down there, but that is getting less likely. Secretly (well, not *that* secretly), I'm happy about that, as it her unemployment that will allow her to come up for the move.
I do miss her.

Ouchies. I kicked my toe on a cupboard door on Friday night.
It still hurts, and us quite bruised, but I don't know if it's broken or not. I've heard that if you only *think* it's broken, then it isn't broken. Plus, I've broken a toe before, and I'm pretty sure it hurt more than this.
I remain optimistic. If only because I have to move house in 4 (it so) weeks.

Walking to work (as I do most mornings), and I saw this sitting on the back of a car. A nice little greeting on an otherwise non-descript morning.
It's been sometime since I've posted, no? I haven't even put up a doodle in what feels like forever. Slack.
So, what's been happening? Oh, you know, life.
I continue to blog over at Mobile Crunch. The late nights aren't as difficult as they once were, so that's wonderful. Plus, I now often start in the afternoon, so they're also less frequent.
I'm really enjoying it. I want to one day make it full-time. *dreams*
Lilly and I are determined to crate careers where the office is a laptop.
Ooh! It looks like Sydney is now a lot closer! Lilly has now begun the search for work south of the border, so it could be anytime from now until August. Exciting.
Gonna miss all my Brisbane friends, though. It was so hard leaving everyone when I left Sydney, I'm not looking forward to doing it again :(
